There has been many times over the last month or so that I have gotten on and gone to the Content Filters. I have set them to 13+ for a phone on my list. Every time i do it I have set it, online it says it was successfully processed, then to restart the device. I do everything it says and it even says online it is suppose to be working, however each time I got to a site that definitely shouldn't be able to load, does. I don't know what else to do since i have tried more then once and online it says one thing but the phone definitely isn't doing as it should be.
