I have the nationwide family connect plan with mobile email included, but when I try to download the mobile email it says $5/mon. Will I be charged the $5?

I think I just answered this one.....but NO, you will not be charged the $5/mo - that is the charge if you do not have the Connect or Premium plan. It is included with Connect, so agree to the charge, install the app, and use it. The $5 will not show up on your bill. If, by chance, it does, and you are paying for Connect, take it up with CS, but I don't think it will show up.
