How can I report a problem with network connectivity? At my place of work we have many Verizon customers. The signal here switches from 3G to 4G and for long periods of time we experience no signal at all. Furthermore at any given time the most signal is one bar. It seems that we are pretty far away from a cell tower. We are at Joint Base Langely- Eustis, the area of concern is at the Felker Army Airfield part of the base. What I'd like to do at the very least is get a ticket number for the problem. Any sugestions?
