Media Servers are temporarily unavailable.

I am having a problem with Verizon Cloud.

For one user on my plan the cloud appears to be working flawlessly.

For user 2, I cannot use the Verizon Cloud app on the phone and when I try to manage content on the web i see "Media Servers are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." When I go to the Contacts tab, I see the contacts I have backed up.

How can I get this to work?

Have no fear, Verizon is here! We can help with your cloud services glenn_howald! May I ask what device is active on the second line? Is this line registered on My Verizon with its own username and password? Keep in mind that you have to be logged in as the second number to manage his/her cloud info & services.

Yes, second line is paired and I am logged in with the correct user.

I have an open case with tech support.

Why can I see the contacts, but get errors displaying the media tab?

To work around the immediate problem, I exported contacts and imported them on iCloud.
