Our organization has an online service. Our members are given the option in their profile to have a text message sent to their phone when someone logs in to our site as a security measure. Our members have to choose this access and provide their contact information. Over the weekend we started receiving a lot of these 550 no such user here messages. Of course, one explanation is that people changed providers, but we're getting a lot more than usual.
Is "no such user here" used more generically by the Verizon mail servers than just that issue? I'm havng trouble finding any information on Verizon's site to see if our server was blacklisted for some reason. Any assistance would be appreciated.
