Hi Verizon,
I need my Backup Assistant plus contact lust. This is critical and an emergency! Please help
My Verizon account number is [removed]. I currently owe $4 for my next bill for September 2016. Though I just changed plans to another carrier, I still have an active Verizon billing account since I have been billed $4 past my contract expiration date.
I need to be able to log into Verizon's backup assistant plus to retrieve my phone contacts.

Because you have already ported over to another carrier, you have likely lost your access to your MyVerizon account online. You can still have one final bill without access to your Verizon Cloud since you are technically no longer a Verizon Wireless customer.
