So it seems that starting in May 2019, I will be losing my military veteran discount. Way to support our military - thanks for nothing Verizon! And to top that, my bill is going up for each phone on my account.
There's a technical error where Military discounts aren't showing on Next Bill Summaries. I have personally also been affected, and have contacted Executive customer service and they assume me this is in error and that they are in contacts with their IT team to get the totals added back to the next bill summary. It should still show under your plan details page .
Definitely contact support if it doesn't get fixed in a day or 2
