I managed to lock my phone now its asking for a PUK unlock code. I've read that it can be found on the My Verizon page But I've checked and looked numerous times and I'm not finding a "Device Actions" list or a PUK unlock code anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
If you happen to have an iPhone then it will not come up under My Verizon, you will need to call Verizon global services.
I don't have an iPhone but my mother does. I have a Motorola Droid 3.
