I had a rather disappointing live chat yesterday (9/5/2013) while trying to upgrade my iPhone. I feel was misled (by "Mark L.") and he ended our chat before all of my questions were answered. Luckily, I had excellent assistance from two representatives when I dialed *611.

Tried to have a question submitted on the bogus online live chat. Started at about 10:30 PM 12/28/13 with the misleading queue number and time of 0 minutes. By 12:24 AM SUNDAY the chat feed said no agents available. Customer service sucks at Verizon wireless. Time to go to another provider when contract is up…4 phones.
