Line cancellation being a pain in the posterior.

Just an annoinance. I went in to a Verizon store for the third time to cancel a line for my iPad that was no longer under contract. The first two times (over 18 months) I was told that the issue was taken care of. Yesterday the associate stated that the stores no longer cancel lines. 18 months and finally today a very nice person at the Verizon 800 number handled the situation.

Line cancellations hurt reps, just an FYI. Stores are sales drones that don't do anything to help.
