I have an LG Optimus phone 3G on a prepaid plan which includes Basic voicemail. QWhen someone calls the call will not go to voicemail to allow them to leave a message. Instead they get the message - "Welcome to Verizon your call can not be completed as dialed please check the number and try again". I have called customer service. The CS rep. indicated they had made a change to turn on the service. Unfortunately it still isn't working. I am hoping someone
has a solution other than calling customer service.

please go in to you acct.. and I believe on the right side it will list all your features.. can you check your features and you should also have maybe under billing side.. a tab that should show recent changes.. lets see if a order was placed.. I will stay close..
Hi rtiffin, I did check my account as you suggested. The listing include vmail as a feature of the plan. Unfortunately there isnotab evident which gives the history of changes/updates. Please let me know if you have any additional suggestions.
