I just got an LG Exhalt and it has the feature to choose Location on. However, when I went to add Family Locator, the phone did not show up as one that could be located. Is this right? The only reason I went ahead with this phone was I thought it could be located. Can anyone help me?
Congratulations on the Exalt, JSTW. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us. The Exalt is not a Family Locator capable device. When you go into the settings to view Location this is set up if you need to use a GPS location service such as VZ Navigator.
