I live in Spring Hill, TN. I work in Franklin, TN. I get terrible service in both cities. I'll have cell signal but I can't connect to anything. Sometimes if I'm downtown nashville or other places, I can connect. But I just upgraded my phone from the LG V30 to the Samsung Note 10+. Both phones have this issue. Yesterday I was at a doctor appointment and had to get online to lookup my insurance info at the doc office and couldn't access any websites.
I choose Verizon because they're supposed to be the best.

Getting service you can rely on is always crucial. I appreciate how important it is that you get the best and that's what we want for you. It's good to know both phones had the same trouble. Is the issue mainly with internet usage or also with calls and texts? Do you know if others in this area have similar issues?
