I'm using an iPhone 6S Plus and this occurs on the roads in my neighborhood near Willow & Friant in Clovis, CA over to N Willow Ave and E Via Monte Verdi in Clovis, CA.

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they open a trouble ticket to investigate the issue.

Hi YaleK_VZW, this started ever since we switched to Verizon about a week ago. It happens at any time of day. Voice and data are affected.

That is too long to have issues, sbatth. Let's look into this more together. Are there others with the same issues in your area? Let's go through a couple of steps to improve the service quality. Is your phone set to LTE? To check go to Settings, Cellular, and then to Enable LTE. It should show Voice and Data for both LTE and Roaming.
