At about 3:00 pm this afternoon i could no longer call out or receive calls and my text messages barely go through. I do not have a land line and have an elderly mother living with me. In case of emergency i can't even call 911. I would love some answers please.

Oh no! Let's get this fixed. Dependable service is very important, especailly if you have your elderly mother there. Is the service issue still occurring? What zip code are you located in?
