Near where I live in Salt Lake there is poor Verizon service.  How can I report this?

AT&T has an app that you can mark signal and service issues, but I've asked around and Verizon does not have an app like that.  I've been told you have to report the issue via customer service, but don't hold your breath.  I've been waiting for a fix in my mom's ZIP code for weeks with no help other than them blaming my mom's house or handset for the issue (neither is the case, as the issue started within the last few months and she's had them for 20 years with nary an issue).  In short, good luck Smiley Happy

We want you to have reliable service everywhere. I have a couple questions about the area you want to submit feedback about.  How long have you had issues in this specific area? What services are affected? What happens when you attempt to use your device?
