My brother-in-law has his service set to show "Restricted" when he calls. Is there a way he could selectively allow family to see that it's him? I'd like to know it's him instead of someone who I don't know and don;t want to know. I have his number in my address book, but he still shows up "Restricted"

Alternatively, in cases where caller ID is being blocked automatically, it can only be released on a call-by-call basis by dialing a special code (*82 in North America;
