Is there a way for Verizon to check the strength of the towers?

Over the past month, everyone in our office has experienced low to no reception, regardless of carrier. Nothing has changed in our building to cause this.  It is happening to all phones, not one particular brand. If its not a tower problem, I don't know what else it could be.   It causes batteries to drain more quickly also. Zip code is 28160.

@jennj33

I want to ensure you're able to maintain a reliable wireless connection at your work!

How is service when you're outdoors at this location?  What model device are you using specifically?  I'd love to further assist.  Thanks!

The reception is better outdoors than indoors. There have not been any

changes to our building, which is only a one level building, or the

surrounding structures and areas. I use a Motorola Razr M. However,

others at my location use different phones, such as I-phone 4 and 5, Galaxy

S, etc. Some even have a different carrier like US Cellular. Which is why

I was wondering if it could be a tower issue. Thanks.

Thank you for your reply! Many factors can affect reception while indoors that may be beyond control. We will not give up though! There are no current network alerts in the area. Is this affecting voice and data connections?

Thank you,

Yes, it affects both voice & data. Data is not really functional at all. In

order to actually talk we have to go outside.
