This response is such garbage from Verizon - your customer service is garbage - everyone hears, "we're sorry you're dealing with this" , "it's our goal that you have the best service possible" AND "this is the first we've heard of this" - like we're all unique, but then we search this new fangled thing called the internet and find we're all dealing with the same dang thing!!! Just go with any other carrier: Sprint, T-Mobile or At&T are all better
