I log in go to my services and send message but screen is blank?

Everything is looking good over here, ddrussman. I want to get to the bottom of this. Are you logging into the Web App at https://www.verizonwireless.com/solutions-and-services/apps/verizon-messages/ or using the desktop application? What type of computer are you using to access the online messaging?
