I recently had to disable FamilyBase - great idea, but I couldn't place outbound calls when roaming. I could, however, send and receive texts and browse the Internet. Now that FamilyBase is disabled, my daughter cannot control her data usage - we have 10 days left this cycle, and she's used well over 50% of the data. Adding more data to the plan is NOT an option. Thanks for any ideas.
How old is your daughter? Take the phone away; turn off the mobile data; use airplane mode with wifi turned on ...
