I am trying to check my account status or eligibility through Apple.com because Apple is now offering the iPhone upgrade Program. I'd like to see if I qualify but when I type in my "billing password" it keeps telling me that it's wrong and that it "the billing password does not match the one you set on your account". The password I entered was the same as my login password. How can I locate this billing password? Thanks.
The billing password and your My Verizon password aren't the same thing. The billing password is usually the last four digits of the Account Owner's social security number, unless they've changed the password at some point.
