My service went down yesterday 11-20-15 at around 8:00pm. I have a Motorola

What has happened if you do not see any problems everyone with Verizon in our town is without service.

It is my understanding that there are multiple people in our town without service, including the Police Department who uses verizon wireless internet to communicate. We have been without service since around 9PM pacific time last night!!! Completely unacceptable!
