Is Verizon Scamming Their Customers Through The Verizon Device Program?

I have seen multiple posts on this subject stating the exact same story as I will post here.   I traded in my iphone 5 with a predetermined value of $200.  Nothing was wrong with this phone at all and I received a $36 value with no explanation.  I have called everyday since last Thursday and the contact phone provided 877-247-3846 states that they are experiences higher than normal call volume and cannot take your call at this time.  If I have been calling for the past 7 days I bet I am not the only one who feels as if they received an undervalued amount for their phone and how can I get an explanation if they are always unavailable?  How is that for customer service???

I dont care if you outsourced this service or not Verizon-you have your name on it and your brand and thousands of customers will not be happy.

People have been complaining about not being able to get through for months. Take that for what it is.
