You must call customer service or go into a Verizon store. You cannot do it online.

I was at a Verizon Store yesterday and was told that he could not cancel the line for the tablet. Is this not true?

We also were told, IN store we couldn't cancel two tablet lines. They said to call customer service. I've tried multiple times, multiple ways to drop the lines (phone, chatting online, and in-store). Very frustrating.
