I have intermittent success with integrated messaging. I used Live Chat with a verizon tech person to help solve my issue. They had me place my device in airplane mode and then turn on my wifi. The messages seem to work flawlessly like this. My house cell service is terrible. I'm thinking the app is trying to use cell phone service at times and other times has no signal so it works. Is there a way to activate using this feature more consistently without having to turn on airplane mode (like order of preference to use wifi first)?
