What IM company would show up on text usage as 000-023-9963?

there are many ways to block a number that shows on the recipient's side.. is this a message that you received on cell phone or thru internet?

239963 comes up as Bed Bath and Beyond.

I should clarify.  Short codes with 4-6 digits show as 000-012-3456 on a line charge or bill.  I had seen another post saying you could send STOP to SPAM (7726) IDK how effective that is though.
