I am trying to find out why my bill shows a call location different from where I really was. Any information on why this is listed incorrectly or how I can contact customer service about this?

Thank you for the e-mail. That just seems strange to me since the location that is listed is 25 miles away from where I am calling from. I am trying to prove to some one that I was in a specific area on a specific day, but they will not believe me. Is there any way I can get something from Verizon about how this works?

That response was from a Verizon rep (and this is only an e-mail reply because you have your preferences set that way; we are posting on Verizon's customer-to-customer forum). You could call Customer Service if you needed it explained further.
