I have been receiving threatening text msgs and also received one phone call which I did not answer and it went to voice mail. It is on my call log on my phone and I saved the voice mail msg. But the calls right before and right after the threatening call including the threatening call does not show up on my bill. Can anyone explain this to me.
We are sorry to hear that you have been receiving threatening calls. If you did not answer the call it will not show up on your call log on your bill. The numbers that show up on your bill are only numbers that you answered and that are billable. Does this help answer your question?
