I have a post concerning my inability to backup and restore Message+ messages across 2 Galaxy S5 phones. I saw this post and everything works exactly as described until after the "download" icon is selected... According to another support article (www.verizonwireless/support/knowledge-base-51235), when the "Save Conversations" window appears, there are instructions to "Tap the up arrow" (located in the upper-right corner) to access the desired save location"... but in my case, no up arrow appears, thus there is no option to choose "where" to store the files. The window has a suggested file name and a "save" and "cancel" button. Clicking on "save" brings up an error: "cannot save to that location". Ideas?
