If you change number or lose phone, these guys will overcharge you


poor service, not thinking in terms of customers. Charged me $200 over 2 times when I am only supposed to pay $60 per month. Wouldn't even let me to talk to their supervisors. I am so mad I am not even going to write everything exactly what happened, it's pretty much pointless.

If you change number, or ever losed phone, or changing phone, make sure these [removed] don't activate your second line when you are supposed to have ONE LINE in an account. They do it and only send you email which you don't even check and activate it without a consent. BE VERY CAREFUL and don't just say yes when you chat with agency.
