I placed an upgrade order on 9/13.  I received the standard email stating the order was placed.  When I checked the status, it showed canceled.  No reason..just canceled.  I called customer service and they had no record of my order.  My upgrade order was placed online with the help of an online rep.  So now there's no record????  I was told the order would be reopened.  No further email, but order continues to show canceled!  Any suggestions on what i should do?  Straight Talk is looking so much better right now!
