I want to file a complaint. I was told I only needed to pay $144.84 to do my upgraded and now 2 months later I am being told something different. I have been a loyal cust for years, however this ridiculous.
I was quoted in price and charged another.
All i am getting is the run around.
I am completely aooallap at how I was told one thing and charged something different.
I wiulw like to know how to get in contact with someone who actually cares about loyal customers.

Lost my phone, called for a replacement was told I did not carry insurance on this phone but had insurance on the other three on my plan, I have always had insurance on all 4 phones, I'm sure salesman messed up when I upgraded to galaxy 7, my records show I have always carried insurance, so instead of 150.00 replacement I had to get a 900.00 upgrade, unacceptable, I will drop Verizon after this is said and done not that anyone cares

Incompetent people working for Verizon, having my own problems with them, also a loyal customer for years
