Why did Verizon promise me 2 free gigabits for a year and not give them to me?? Very unhappy with them now.

Spoke with CSR Daniel, he finally found the correct answer to my Question. He is excellent at his job. I had dealt with 4 different CSR's previously and they had given me wrong information. So I thank Daniel for resolving this issue.
