I also would not recommend leaving AT&T if you want better coverage, at least in Florida. I switched over to Verizon and can't get service in many areas that I could with AT&T. I called Verizon and they told me to pay more for a better tier of service (which I did), but still no internet downloading/uploading/cell calls. This is not in rural areas and, according to Verizon's map, I should be able to get service in these places. I called a second time and was told that maybe I should switch back to AT&T because Verizon can't help me. As much as AT&T service is horrible, they have better coverage and Verizon isn't cheaper. Lesson learned.
This is definitely not the experience that we want for you with your Verizon Wireless service. We'd love to take another look and get to the bottom of these concerns with these signal issues. To better assist you, we'd like to ask some questions. Are these issues happening indoors or outdoors? Which make and model device do you have?
