I only get 1 to 2 bars and frequent calls dropped at home what do I have to do to fix it? when I had Sprint they sent me some kind of signal amplifier which gave us quality signal all the time. I only switch to Verizon because of their coverage advertising no I'm stuck paying a lot more and not as good service please help.

Well I would think this would have been something noticed during the trial period. All the major carriers have offers to reimburse you if you switch so you can talk to your neighbors and see what works for them; or purchase a network extender from Verizon that works with your existing home wifi. Or depending on your phone you can utilize wifi calling.

How is overall coverage compared to Sprint? You can always switch back to Sprint if you aren't happy with Verizon. Keep in mind Verizon doesn't provide free extenders.

As far as advertising, always take it with a grain of salt no matter what the source. Look at all the cars that advertise 40+ MPG. I guarantee that most people that buy them never see even 40 MPG.

There are multiple things you can do to fix it.

1 - activate wifi calling on your phone if available

2 - purchase a phone which offers wifi calling

3 - purchase a network extend

4 - move to another provider which has better service in your home

Of course, a broadband internet connection in your home would be required for items 1-3 and item 4 may result with you having worse reception in other areas than you currently have with Verizon. NO provider has the best coverage in all areas.
