Hi . I need help with my online order for new service . I was trying to port in two lines from AT&T. Everything was fine . I got an email from the fraud deparment asking to call . So i did call and was told that i needed to upload photos of my id . So i did the rep told me that everything was fine that everything was approved. They just need it my driver license .which i uploaded right away but thats when everything change . So i didnt hear from them . And called back and was told that the order was cancel and didn't say why . No reason what so ever . But when i look up the order online says processing . I want to know whats going on
