I just received a call from my girlfriend and all I could hear was gibberish, I am concerned about her welfare

is there any way verison can tell me the location of a recent call. I could not hear her just rumble and gittersounds.

she was supposed to be hear 2 hours ago and I think she may be having a problem. How can I find out where she so I can see if she is ok?

I can't get a live person on the web page to get information. What should I do as quickly as possible?

TheJackster,

We definitely want you to be able to make sure your girlfriend is alright. We are unable to pin point where a call is coming from though. If she has an iPhone you may be able to use find my iPhone if you have her Apple ID information. I hope everything is alright.
