Since I have moved to Moseley Virginia, I have either no service or 1 bar. I also have many dropped calls. Why is this? I have never had this problem with Verizon before.

Does everyone else with Verizon have that problem there? If so, they may just have limited coverage there. You can try using Wi-Fi calling or a Network Extender as a work around, or provide your ZIP code to Verizon and if they can confirm you've moved to a poor coverage area, they should let you cancel service without any negative impact. But if other people with Verizon have no trouble there, we may be looking at a different issue.

bkwright3, we know how frustrating dropped calls can be. Let's look into this issue further. What kind of phone do you have? Is your phone up to date with the latest software version? What is your ZIP Code? Do others have this issue in the same area?
