I have an unlimited usage calling plan with Verizon Wireless however, will I be charged extra if I accept an "incoming" international call or a call from Canada ?

We certainly do not want you to have any doubt with these charges. Incoming international calls will not be billed, just the minute usage taken off of your plan.
