I'd like to add TravelPass before traveling abroad. When clicking "Manage International Options" I get error "You are not currently eligible for International service options". Any ideas?

Hi TrMo. Sounds like you’re got quite an adventure lined up. I hope you enjoy your trip. I’m sorry that you haven’t been able to add international TravelPass to your line. The error you’re seeing may be the result of several account-level factors, including the age of the account/line of service. While I’m not able to be certain what’s preventing the feature from being added, this link http://vz.to/1cGXow4 will provide access to the Terms & Conditions for the feature. I recommend reviewing the terms.

how long you been with vzw...had you paid bill on time...it can be many factor you might wana call csr to get assistance ..it might need manual review
