I'd like to add TravelPass before traveling abroad. When clicking "Manage International Options" I get error "You are not currently eligible for International service options". Any ideas?

The error you’re seeing may be the result of several account-level factors, including the age of the account/line of service. how long you been with vzw...had you paid bill on time...it can be many factor you might wana call csr to get assistance ..it might need manual review
