I have not been able to use the conference call feature on my Iphone X 256GB since I got it. Contacted Verizon and they told me there was nothing they can do it is a device issue. Contacted Apple and they directed me back to Verizon. I need to use this feature for work a lot and now my job is on the line. My phone number ending in 0388 is the one that I need help with. I know Verizon does not make phones but I pay them directly for this device $47 per month. I do not think a customer should pay for something they can not use someone needs to address this. This is ridiculous and customers should not have to go back and forth form manufacture to service provider to have this issue still not fixed. Never thought I would say this but Im starting to think Verizon is not the premier company they use to be

No on told you to get a $47 phone. And you pay that because Apple says that you should pay that. If you got your phone from Apple would you be here saying you shouldn't have to pay for it? The part of you bill that is actual service is not even close to $550 I suspect.

It's not Verizon's fault Apple sucks at supporting their own equipment or what they are charging for it.

Please provide further details. What happens when you attempt to initiate a conference call? Is the issue with being able to join a conference or create one?

I can create the conference call, but when I go to merge the call, all three people are dropped and the driver says call failed. This happens with both IPhone X on my account but I’m only concerned with the one that has the 0388 number because it is the one used for work by me

Please also go into the feature management on your MyVerizon app or website, and verify that conference calling is active, and not blocked.
