I bought an international plan for use in Spain, France, Italy and Greece beginning Oct 8. I was told it would automatically kick in. It hasn't and I have "no service" The technicians at the Apple store can't figure it out. Is there a Verizon "instant online chat" or other way to figure this out. I have a message that says to call Verizon, but I cant. How do I make this work? I can't send or receive text either. Email good only by wifi.
