Essentially, I attempted to activate a phone that was broken by mistake, and as a result I can't finish the activation process so it says there is a pending order on the line. Because the website says there is a pending order on the line I cannot switch the device! How do I stop this... it's been three days with no phone now. I just want to switch back to the very old samsung alias I was using. BUt as far as I can tell there's no way to do that while this activation is "pending"

If it's been three days, I think you will either have to go into a store or call customer service from another line.
