My husband and I have had Verizon since March of 2011. Since that time we have had spotty service on a very expensive plan and terrible customer service. I am fed up with Verizon and wondered if anyone has any ideas how I can end my contract without paying the EFT? Our contract is up in March 2013. Thanks for any words of wisdom!

If this is correct (Dates wise) your contract ended 9 months ago and you are free to do as you wish. You can leave and find another provider that meets your service needs. Verify your dates though and be sure.
