Verizon's service isn't bad, but their policies are horrid.  They care about only profits, and not customer service.  I have been with AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon over the years, and Verizon is by far the worst.  My contract is up in December, and I am counting the days..... I guess I'll give Sprint another try.

LoL! I left them this month and I know what you mean. My original contracts on my two phones were up in September and December of this year, but I jumped because it was soooo horrible on VZW. They can have my ETF because it's worth the peace of mind to not be with them.
