I added $45 to my account and it didn't add anything

I have a moto G on Verizon's $45 prepaid plan. I usually use a refill card but I used a credit card to "add funds" this time and it didn't work? Why?

I am so very sorry to see this concern you are having with the prepaid addition of funds.
This forum is for customers with postpay service, so you will need to contact prepay at 888.294.6804.
