Are you trying to create a mobile hot spot from your device or trying to connect to a mobile hot spot?  What make/model device do you have?

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

2stepwillie, great question. What plan are you on? With most plans Mobile Hotspot is already added. What is the make/model of your device?
