How long does it take for things to be back in stock online? Just wondering since I saved my cart online but two of the three things in my cart are out of stock.

Varies by supply and demand and warehouse and supplier/manufacturer levels.  What are you looking to purchase that is out of stock?  What about in-store?

For what phone?  You may be looking for something that is discontinued already due to phone age.  There are other sites like amazon, ebay, etc....

I believe that they are but I haven't checked out Incipio for a while. And

I believe they only have the case my mom wants which is the purple and teal

one. Where I want the tribal print one.

Have you tried another source, such as Amazon? Verizon is not always the best source for accessories.
